Sunday Stillness & Sound by Candlelight

As the evenings grow darker, I invite you to gather in a sacred sanctuary for some self-care and renewal by way of sound, immersing yourself in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls. 

The session will begin with a short, guided meditation to help you settle in, followed by soothing sound vibrations under the glow of candlelight. Warm lavender-infused towels will be offered to cover your eyes, encouraging you to fully surrender into deep rest and restoration. We will close with a brief reflection to gently guide you back, renewed and grounded for the week ahead.

To preserve intimacy and stillness, this experience is limited to 6 participants and registration for each session will close once that number is reached.
