Join us at Heart Centered Healing & Wellness for a mini-retreat to celebrate the winter solstice with host Jeana Nutini and special guest co-host Tonyana Cruz with Tarot by Tonyana!
The winter solstice marks the longest night of the year, is a time of deep introspection, and symbolizes the end of one cycle and the beginning of another. It’s the perfect opportunity for us to reflect, recharge, and prepare for the festive season and new year ahead.
At this retreat we will enjoy a nourishing meal to fuel our bodies, have circle & tea time for introductions and sharing, create Yule ornaments to bring in good luck for the new year, tap into the current energies for inspiration & empowerment through a collective tarot reading, participate in a fire ceremony to release what’s no longer serving us, and then we will close the evening down with a Reiki infused guided…
